for Kuwait e-commerce brands
Your store, in their pocket. In 45 days.
We build the storefront and the app layer around it — KNET and Tabby checkout, WhatsApp reorders, abandoned-cart recovery and server-side tracking — and launch it in about 45 days. Because we also run your ads, every campaign lands on the right product screen and reports the sale back.
the actual problem
Why the current way is costing you
Most Kuwait brands grow to a ceiling inside Instagram DMs and marketplaces, then stall — because neither gives you a cart, a customer list, a retargeting audience or a reason for anyone to come back. The orders live in one employee's phone, the margin lives with the marketplace, and the customer belongs to whoever runs the feed.
What ships, and when
Storefront build
21–45 daysShopify (or Salla/Zid) built properly: KNET and card checkout, Tabby, delivery areas and slots, Arabic-first product pages, and the custom logic your pricing or bundles need.
WhatsApp-driven system
14–30 daysAbandoned-cart recovery, order updates and the 'same as last time?' reorder message — on the WhatsApp Business API, with opt-in captured at checkout.
Native iOS + Android app
45–60 daysA store-listed app on the same catalogue once your 60-day repeat rate justifies push notifications and a saved cart.
Day ranges are for a first-version scope — we fix them in the proposal.
the schedule, published
From day one to launch
- 1
Days 1–5 — scope and accounts
We agree the first version, open the payment gateway application (this is the slow part, so it starts on day one) and audit your product data. You give us the catalogue; we tell you what is missing.
- 2
Days 6–20 — build the store
Storefront, product pages in Arabic and English, checkout with KNET and Tabby, delivery areas and slots. You are clicking a working store by the end of week two.
- 3
Days 21–32 — wire the loop
Server-side conversion tracking into Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat; the WhatsApp cart-recovery and reorder flows with templates approved; the owner dashboard.
- 4
Days 33–45 — launch with demand
Soft launch to your existing DM customers with a first-order offer, then the paid campaigns go live against real conversion data rather than guesses.
- 5
Day 46 onward — optimise
One monthly loop: read the dashboard, change one thing, measure. Conversion rate, cart recovery, repeat rate and cost per new customer are the four we work on.
Build or buy?
You are not choosing between an app and nothing — you are choosing between a custom build and a tool you already know. Here is the honest comparison, and sometimes the answer is to stay where you are.
- Salla / Zid
- Keep it ifYou want KNET and Arabic working out of the box tomorrow, and your catalogue and pricing rules are simple.
- Build ifYou need custom bundles, a loyalty mechanic, an app, or the ad-tracking depth the platform's pixel does not give you.
- Shopify
- Keep it ifYou want the strongest checkout and app ecosystem, and you are happy paying for apps to fill gaps.
- Build ifNever instead — we build on Shopify. The custom work is the layer on top: the app, the WhatsApp flows, the tracking.
- Instagram DMs
- Keep it ifYou are validating a product and doing under a handful of orders a day.
- Build ifTaking the order, confirming it and chasing the repeat by hand costs you more than an hour a day.
the closed loop
Software and marketing, one system.
One system: the ad promises a product, lands on that product's screen, and the purchase fires a server-side event back to Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat so the algorithm optimises on real revenue rather than clicks. Abandoned carts go to WhatsApp with a KNET link, and every buyer enters the reorder flow. Your dashboard shows revenue by ad source, so you know which campaign is actually paying.

What runs alongside the build
App Development
→We build the software a Kuwait business actually runs on — booking, ordering, memberships, storefronts, WhatsApp automation — and launch it in 30 to 60 days. Because the same team runs your marketing, the app is built around the funnel from day one.
Shopify Development
→A beautiful store that doesn't convert is just décor. We build fast, bilingual Shopify stores wired for Kuwait — KNET, local logistics and conversion-first design that's ready to scale with paid traffic.
Conversion Rate Optimization
→More traffic isn't the only answer — converting more of what you already have is often cheaper. We run structured CRO: analytics, UX fixes and A/B tests that lift conversion without raising ad spend.
WhatsApp Business API
→In Kuwait, business happens on WhatsApp. We set up the official WhatsApp Business API with automated flows, chatbots and CRM integration so no lead slips through the cracks.
Performance Marketing
→Performance marketing is about one thing: profitable, predictable acquisition. We manage paid spend across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snap with a relentless focus on cost-per-lead and return on ad spend.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
→Instagram and Facebook are where Kuwait scrolls. We build thumb-stopping creative and tight targeting, then let the data — through proper Conversions API tracking — tell us exactly what to scale.

Frequently asked questions
- Should I build a custom store or use Salla, Zid or Shopify?
- Use the platform. Salla and Zid give you KNET and Arabic immediately; Shopify gives you the best checkout and app ecosystem. We build on one of them and spend the custom budget on the layer they cannot do — the app, the WhatsApp flows, the tracking, your bundle logic. Rebuilding a checkout that already works is the most expensive mistake in this category.
- How do I move customers out of Instagram DMs without losing sales?
- Do not stop replying — stop taking payment there. Auto-reply every DM with the product link, keep answering questions in the DM, and give the first in-app order something the DM never got. We also retarget everyone who has ever messaged you, so the switch is a campaign rather than an announcement.
- Do I need a native app or is the storefront enough?
- Check your 60-day repeat rate first. Under a fifth of customers returning, the app adds cost and no revenue. Above roughly a third, push notifications and a saved cart pay for it on their own. It runs on the same catalogue, so listing it later wastes nothing.
- Can you connect KNET and Tabby to a custom app?
- Yes, through MyFatoorah or Tap for KNET, cards and Apple Pay, and Tabby or Deema for instalments. Gateway approval is the slowest part of any Kuwait build, so we start that paperwork on day one rather than discovering it in week five.
- What happens after launch?
- A monthly loop with the same team that runs your ads: read the dashboard, change one thing, measure it. Conversion rate, cart recovery, repeat rate and cost per new customer. One meeting covers the store and the campaigns, because it is one system.
