Kuwait e-commerce, playbook by playbook

Sixteen e-commerce categories against the four things that actually move a Kuwait store: the creative, the conversion rate, the paid scaling and the second order. Each playbook is a worked example — the method, the angles worth testing, and the ones that usually lose.

A composite worked example drawn from patterns across Kuwait stores in this category, not a single client engagement. No figures are published.

About these playbooks

Are these real client case studies?+

No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Each one is a composite worked example built from patterns that recur across Kuwait stores in that category — the objections, the seasonality, the checkout problems and the creative angles are real, the single brand narrating them is not. When we publish an actual engagement it will say so, and it will carry figures the client has signed off.

Is this written for Kuwait specifically?+

Entirely. Every playbook assumes a store trading in Kuwait, with KNET, Tabby or cash on delivery at checkout and a customer who decides in Arabic and English. That is the point: the channel mix, the seasonality and the objections here are not the ones you would find in advice written about a US store.

Why are there no numbers anywhere?+

Because a number attached to a composite would be invented, and an invented number is the thing every agency site is already full of. We publish a figure only when it comes from a real account and the client has signed it off. Until then you get the method, which is the part you can actually use.

Can you do this for my store?+

That is the point of publishing them. Find the row closest to your category or the column closest to your problem, read how we ran it, then tell us where your store is now. The first conversation is about which of the four levers you actually need, which is often not the one you came in asking about.
