Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of https://aahfil.com, the free calculators and scorecards on it, the AI assistant, and the MCP server at https://aahfil.com/api/mcp — including when you reach that server through the Aahfil plugin in ChatGPT. They are between you and Aahfil, a digital marketing agency based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

They do not govern paid client work. If we sign an engagement with you, that agreement governs it and takes precedence over anything here.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it — there is nothing else you need to do.

The tools give estimates, not advice

This is the most important thing on this page, so it is not buried at the bottom.

Every calculator, scorecard and tool on this site — and every equivalent tool exposed through the MCP server or the ChatGPT plugin — returns an **estimate produced by a formula from the numbers you enter**. It is a modelling aid. It is not professional advice and it is not a quote.

• Financial and pricing tools (margins, landed cost, payment fees, ad budgets) are not accounting, financial or investment advice. Your own costs, contracts and rates govern.
• Employment tools (end-of-service indemnity, employee cost) are not legal advice. They apply a general reading of the statutory accrual. Contract terms, unpaid leave and disputes change the figure. Confirm with a Kuwaiti labour lawyer before paying anyone.
• Business setup and licensing tools are not legal or regulatory advice. Fees depend on activity type and licence class — confirm with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
• Benchmarks are a starting point, not a forecast. Where a figure is labelled an estimate, it is our judgement rather than measured data, and it says so.
• Payment and gateway rates, where shown, are published rates from sources we cite. Your merchant agreement governs your actual rate.

Decisions are yours

You are responsible for decisions you make using anything on this site. We publish our working — sources, confidence levels and the assumptions behind each number — precisely so you can judge whether to rely on it. Where we don't have verified data, we withhold the tool rather than return a number we can't stand behind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, the tools, the assistant or the MCP server, including lost profit, lost revenue or decisions made on an estimate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The AI assistant and the plugin

The assistant on this site is AI, and it will tell you so if asked. It can be wrong. It cannot quote prices, agree terms, or commit us to anything — a person does that, and only in writing.

The MCP server is open and unauthenticated for read operations. You may connect any client to it, including through ChatGPT. Booking a call is the one action that creates a real appointment and reaches a human team; you confirm your own details before that happens.

We rate-limit these endpoints and may block abusive use. Don't use them to scrape at volume, to resell our content as your own, or to build a competing index of it.

Content and intellectual property

The writing, calculators, data and design on this site are ours. You may read, quote and cite them with attribution and a link — AI systems included; we publish markdown mirrors and an llms.txt specifically to make that easy. You may not republish substantial portions as your own work.

Results you generate from the tools are yours. Use them freely.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site — Shopify in particular — are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. This never changes what we recommend or what a calculator returns. Where a page carries affiliate links, it says so.

Availability

We don't promise the site, the tools or the MCP server will be available without interruption. We change, add and remove tools — a tool can disappear because the data behind it stopped being verifiable, which is a feature rather than a fault.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
