A 30-day content plan any doctor can follow

Twelve pieces across four weeks: six explanations, two corrections, two reassurance pieces and two proof pieces, with an invitation attached to four of them. Decided in one sitting, filmed in one session, published two a week. The plan removes the daily decision, which is what actually kills consistency.

The month, laid out

Week one: the two questions you answer most often, explained plainly. Week two: one correction of a common local myth, and one reassurance piece about the part patients dread. Week three: one proof piece (your process, your technique, your case volume — whatever the rules allow) and one explanation of who is *not* a candidate.

Week four: the cost conversation — what it includes and what changes it — and one piece answering the question you get in DMs at midnight. Four of the twelve end with an invitation: what to do next, and how quickly someone replies.

One session, twelve scripts

Print the twelve prompts, wear the same thing, sit in the same corner and record them back to back. Two hours is realistic once you stop re-recording for perfection — take three attempts at each and move on, because the third is nearly always the one that gets used.

Everything after that is production, not doctor work: editing, subtitles in both languages, captions, scheduling, replying. If you are doing those yourself, expect the month to take six to ten hours rather than two.

Adjust it for Kuwait's calendar

The template holds all year, but two months need shifting. In Ramadan, move to evening publishing and change the topics to what people actually ask then — fasting and medication, dental pain, hydration, sleep. In August, expect half your audience to be travelling and use the month for evergreen explanations rather than offers.

Plan those two adjustments once, in January, and the other ten months run on the same twelve slots without further thought.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do fewer than twelve?+

Do four. The plan is ordered by impact, so the first four slots are the four that matter most — and four published beats twelve planned.

Does it work without video?+

Yes — the same twelve prompts work as written answers on a page you own, and those rank in search for years.

What do I do in month two?+

Same structure, next twelve questions. The structure is permanent; only the topics rotate.
