What does a patient find when they look you up?

Ten questions about the four checkpoints between a recommendation and a booked appointment. You get your score, where the points went, and the three fixes that matter most — on screen, before you give us anything.

1 of 10 · Being found

Search your own name on Google. What comes up first?

Do it on a phone that isn't logged into your accounts.

The four things it scores

Being found

Your own name in Google, in both languages, and whether the clinic's map listing is alive.

Being trusted

How recent your reviews are, and whether a patient can find a price without messaging.

Being seen

Whether your profile explains anything, how often you publish, and whether you appear on camera.

Being answered

What happens when a patient messages at 8pm, and whether you know where last month's patients came from.

10 questions, and not one of them asks how many followers you have.

Questions about the scorecard

How long does it take?+

About two minutes — ten multiple-choice questions, then your score and your three fixes appear immediately.

Do I have to give my details to see the score?+

No. The score, the breakdown and the fixes are all on screen. The form afterwards is only if you want the fixes written out for your specialty.

How is it scored?+

Each answer carries points weighted by how much that checkpoint actually affects bookings. Reply speed and your Google profile carry more than your follower count, which is not scored at all.

Is this useful if I work in a clinic I don't own?+

Yes — six of the ten questions are about your own name and your own presence, which travel with you regardless of who owns the clinic.
