for Kuwait clinics & medical centers

Reception that never puts a patient on hold.

We build the booking app that answers at 11pm: real availability per doctor, one-tap booking, a WhatsApp confirmation and reminder, a reschedule link, and the six-month recall nobody has time to phone about. Live in 30 days, holding the minimum patient data and never putting clinical detail in a message.

the actual problem

Why the current way is costing you

A missed call is a patient booked somewhere else. Reception is busy with the patients in front of them, the phone rings during clinic hours only, and the people deciding at 11pm on Instagram have nowhere to go. Meanwhile the six-month check-up that would have filled next month's calendar never gets called about, because calling three hundred people is nobody's job.

What ships, and when

  • Booking & ordering web app

    30–45 days

Patient booking against real per-doctor availability, room and duration rules, optional KNET deposit, self-serve reschedule, and a reception day view.

  • WhatsApp-driven system

    14–30 days

The four flows that run a calendar: confirm on booking, remind the day before, follow up after, and recall at six months — none of them naming a condition or treatment.

Day ranges are for a first-version scope — we fix them in the proposal.

the schedule, published

From day one to launch

  1. 1

Days 1–5 — scope and message review

Doctors, services, durations, rooms and your deposit policy. We draft the five message templates and you review them for anything that should not be in a patient's phone.

  2. 2

    Days 6–18 — build booking

Per-doctor calendars, room map, patient booking flow in Arabic and English, reception view. Working version in week two.

  3. 3

Days 19–28 — confirmations and recalls

WhatsApp templates approved and live, the recall schedule built from your service list, and conversion tracking that reports an attended appointment rather than a form fill.

  4. 4

Days 29–40 — launch quietly, then loudly

Booking link in the bio, the WhatsApp auto-reply and the Google listing first. Then the campaigns, once you can see which source produces patients who actually attend.

  5. 5

Day 41 onward — fill the calendar

Monthly: no-show rate, out-of-hours booking share, recall bookings, and cost per attended appointment. The recall flow is usually the biggest single win.

Build or buy?

You are not choosing between an app and nothing — you are choosing between a custom build and a tool you already know. Here is the honest comparison, and sometimes the answer is to stay where you are.

The reception phone
Keep it ifYou are one doctor with a light schedule and reception genuinely answers every call.
Build ifPatients are deciding outside clinic hours. Count the bookings that arrive after 8pm once a link exists — that number is the whole argument.
Doctor-listing marketplaces
Keep it ifThey are bringing you new patients you could not reach, and you are comfortable with the per-booking cost.
Build ifMost bookings are patients who searched for your name — then you are paying a fee to be found by people who already chose you.
Clinic management software
Keep it ifIt holds your records well. Keep it — records are not what we are replacing.
Build ifIts patient-facing booking is unusable in Arabic, has no KNET, or sends reminders nobody reads. We build the front door; your records stay where they are.

the closed loop

Software and marketing, one system.

Ads for a service land on that service's booking screen, and the conversion we report back is an attended appointment, not a lead — so campaigns stop optimising for people who never arrive. WhatsApp carries the confirmation, reminder and recall. And because we also run doctor personal-brand content, the same clinic gets demand for the name and a place to book it, which is the whole point of the loop.

Frequently asked questions

Is patient data safe in a booking app?
The principle we build to: the app holds the appointment, the clinic holds the record. It stores the minimum needed to book and never carries a diagnosis or treatment in a message. Write out the five messages your app will send — if any names a condition, it gets rewritten. We hand you the data-handling note to review with your own advisor before launch.
Can it schedule several doctors and rooms?
Yes — one calendar per doctor, a room map, and per-doctor service durations. The patient only ever sees their doctor's real availability; reception sees everything on one screen. Multi-doctor is configuration in our clinic base, not a rebuild.
How much does it reduce no-shows?
The mechanism is a day-before WhatsApp reminder with a one-tap reschedule link, plus a deposit on the slots where it is appropriate. We do not publish a percentage we have not measured on a Kuwait clinic — ask us in the call and we will tell you what we have actually seen and what we are still gathering.
Can patients book on WhatsApp instead of the app?
That is usually how it starts. The WhatsApp auto-reply sends the booking link, so the patient never waits for a human, and the confirmation comes back on the same thread they already use. For many clinics the WhatsApp system alone is the right first build, at 14 to 30 days.
Do you also do the doctor's personal brand?
Yes, and it is the other half of this. The app captures demand; the content creates it. We publish a full library on personal branding for doctors in Kuwait, including the ethics and advertising questions most agencies will not touch.
