for Kuwait real estate offices

Every lead routed, not lost.

We build the listings app that turns portal traffic into your leads: every property on your own domain, a viewing booked from the listing, the enquiry routed to the agent who covers that area, and the 48-hour and six-month follow-ups running without anyone remembering. Live in 30 to 45 days.

the actual problem

Why the current way is costing you

A listing posted into a WhatsApp group has no owner, no history and no follow-up. Enquiries arrive on five different phones, the good ones get chased and the rest quietly expire, and nobody can say how many viewings last month turned into offers. Meanwhile the portals that brought the traffic keep the relationship with the buyer.

What ships, and when

  • Booking & ordering web app

    30–45 days

Listings with area, type and budget filters, viewing bookings against agent calendars, lead routing rules by area, and one pipeline everyone can see.

  • WhatsApp-driven system

    14–30 days

The 48-hour follow-up on every open enquiry and the six-month recall that matches old leads to new listings in their area and budget.

  • Native iOS + Android app

    45–60 days

A store-listed app when you want saved searches and push alerts the moment a matching property is listed.

Day ranges are for a first-version scope — we fix them in the proposal.

the schedule, published

From day one to launch

  1. 1

Days 1–5 — listings and routing rules

Your property data model, the areas each agent covers, and what counts as a qualified enquiry. This is a business-rules conversation, not a technical one.

  2. 2

Days 6–20 — build listings and booking

Listings with filters, property pages in Arabic and English, viewing bookings on agent calendars, and the shared pipeline view. Live listings in week two.

  3. 3

    Days 21–32 — routing and follow-up

Enquiries route to the right agent's WhatsApp instantly, the 48-hour and six-month flows go live, and lead source is tracked so you know which portal or campaign is actually producing.

  4. 4

    Days 33–45 — launch

Your own booking link goes into every portal listing description and every social post, and we retarget everyone who viewed a property but never enquired.

  5. 5

Day 46 onward — work the pipeline

Monthly: enquiries with no next step, viewing-to-offer rate, cost per qualified lead by source, and deals from reactivated leads. The six-month flow is where most offices find money they had already paid for.

Build or buy?

You are not choosing between an app and nothing — you are choosing between a custom build and a tool you already know. Here is the honest comparison, and sometimes the answer is to stay where you are.

Boshamlan
Keep it ifIt is where Kuwaiti buyers and renters look. Keep posting there — it is a source, not a competitor.
Build ifYou want the enquiry to become your lead with a history and a routed owner, rather than a message that lands on whoever checks first.
Property Finder
Keep it ifThe listing fees are producing qualified enquiries you can trace.
Build ifYou cannot say what a lead from it costs you. Put your own booking link in every description and compare within a month.
WhatsApp groups
Keep it ifYou are one or two agents who genuinely remember every conversation.
Build ifA listing has no owner, or you have open enquiries with no recorded next step. Keep a lead sheet by hand for two weeks and the gaps will make the case for you.

the closed loop

Software and marketing, one system.

Campaigns run against individual properties, land on that property's page, and report a booked viewing — not a form fill — back as the conversion, so spend follows the listings that actually move. Every enquiry is attributed to its source, routed to an agent and followed up automatically at 48 hours. Six months later the same lead is matched against new stock in their area and budget, which is the cheapest deal flow an office has.

Frequently asked questions

Should I stop using Boshamlan and Property Finder?
No. That is where Kuwaiti buyers look, so keep posting. The change is that your own booking link goes in every description, so the enquiry becomes your lead with a source, an owner and a follow-up schedule. Portals are a source; your app is the destination.
How does lead routing actually work?
By rules you set — usually area, sometimes property type or budget. The enquiry lands on the right agent's WhatsApp within seconds with the property attached, and it is logged against that agent so an unanswered lead is visible rather than invisible.
What is the six-month recall?
Most real estate leads are lost at 48 hours and most deals close months later. So two flows: one that makes sure every open enquiry is contacted within two days, and one that comes back to old leads when a new listing matches their area and budget. You can run both from a spreadsheet — the app means you never don't.
Can each agent have their own listings and calendar?
Yes, with a shared pipeline the manager can see whole. Agents get their own viewings and their own leads; the office gets one view of what is open, what is stalled and what closed, by source.
Do we need an app-store app?
Later, if at all. Buyers search occasionally rather than daily, so the web app is usually right — it is a link you can put in any listing. The store app earns its place when saved searches and instant push alerts on new stock become a real advantage.
