for Kuwait salons & spas
Bookings that actually show up.
We build the booking app that fixes no-shows: a KNET deposit on the slots that need one, a WhatsApp reminder the evening before, a self-serve reschedule link, and a per-stylist calendar reception can actually read. Live in 30 days, on your domain, with your client list staying yours.
the actual problem
Why the current way is costing you
A salon's real cost is the empty chair. A stylist blocked out for ninety minutes for someone who never arrives cannot be resold at short notice, and the whole booking process lives in DMs where nobody can see the day, nobody sends the reminder, and reception spends the morning answering the same three questions: is she free, when, and how much.
What ships, and when
Booking & ordering web app
30–45 daysService menu with real durations, per-stylist availability, KNET deposits by service, self-serve reschedule and cancel, and a clean reception day view.
WhatsApp-driven system
14–30 daysConfirmation on booking, reminder the evening before, and the timed rebooking message at each service's own window — colour at six weeks, nails at three.
Day ranges are for a first-version scope — we fix them in the proposal.
the schedule, published
From day one to launch
- 1
Days 1–4 — services and rules
Your service list, real durations, which slots take a deposit and how much, and your cancellation window. Gateway paperwork starts on day one.
- 2
Days 5–16 — build booking
Client-facing booking, stylist calendars, deposits on KNET, reception view. You are booking test appointments in week two.
- 3
Days 17–26 — the messages
WhatsApp confirmation, evening-before reminder and the rebooking window per service, all approved as templates in Arabic and English.
- 4
Days 27–35 — launch
Link in the Instagram bio and the WhatsApp auto-reply, QR at the counter, staff walked through it once. Bookings start arriving at 11pm, which is the point.
- 5
Day 36 onward — fill the quiet weeks
Monthly: no-show rate, chair utilisation, rebooking rate. The rebooking flow is usually what turns a quiet week around, without a discount.
Build or buy?
You are not choosing between an app and nothing — you are choosing between a custom build and a tool you already know. Here is the honest comparison, and sometimes the answer is to stay where you are.
- Fresha
- Keep it ifYou are starting out and want a free calendar today. It is genuinely good software — use it until it costs you something.
- Build ifYou need KNET deposits to stop no-shows, want reminders on WhatsApp rather than email, or your client list matters too much to keep on someone else's marketplace.
- Booksy
- Keep it ifIts marketplace is bringing you genuinely new clients you could not reach yourself.
- Build ifMost bookings are from clients who already know you — then you are paying a commission on your own audience.
- Instagram DMs
- Keep it ifOne person can see the whole day in their head and no-shows are not costing you chairs.
- Build ifReception spends the morning on availability questions, or you cannot say what last month's no-show rate was.
the closed loop
Software and marketing, one system.
Ads for a service land on that service's booking screen, and a completed booking — not a click — is what reports back, so the campaign optimises on filled chairs. Deposits are the filter that makes paid traffic profitable, WhatsApp carries the confirmation and reminder, and the rebooking flow refills the calendar from clients you already paid to acquire. The dashboard shows cost per booking beside your no-show rate.

What runs alongside the build
App Development
→We build the software a Kuwait business actually runs on — booking, ordering, memberships, storefronts, WhatsApp automation — and launch it in 30 to 60 days. Because the same team runs your marketing, the app is built around the funnel from day one.
WhatsApp Business API
→In Kuwait, business happens on WhatsApp. We set up the official WhatsApp Business API with automated flows, chatbots and CRM integration so no lead slips through the cracks.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
→Instagram and Facebook are where Kuwait scrolls. We build thumb-stopping creative and tight targeting, then let the data — through proper Conversions API tracking — tell us exactly what to scale.
Snapchat Ads
→Few channels reach Kuwait like Snapchat. We pair vertical creative built for the platform with proper conversion tracking to turn that massive reach into measurable sales.
Social Media Management
→Consistency and creative quality build trust. We run your social presence end to end — strategy, bilingual content, posting and community management — so your brand stays top-of-mind in Kuwait.
SEO Services
→SEO is the channel you own. We combine technical fixes, local SEO and genuinely useful bilingual content so you rank on Google — and get cited by AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

Frequently asked questions
- Fresha is free — why would I build my own booking app?
- Stay on Fresha until it costs you something. The three usual triggers are KNET deposits (it does not do them the way Kuwait clients expect), reminders arriving as email instead of WhatsApp, and the marketplace commission on clients who already knew you. Export your client list monthly either way, so it is yours whenever you move.
- Will asking for a deposit lose me clients?
- A deposit is a filter, not a fee. The clients who pay it turn up; the ones who will not were usually not coming. Start with it only on long or high-value slots, keep it credited against the bill, and measure no-shows for a month. Most salons find they halve.
- Can each stylist have her own calendar?
- Yes, with her own services and real durations, so a client booking colour never lands in a thirty-minute gap. Reception sees the whole floor on one screen; each stylist sees only her day.
- How does the app fill the quiet weeks?
- Every service has a natural rebooking window — colour around six weeks, nails around three. A message at the right week fills the calendar without discounting. You can run it by hand from a tagged client list; the app just makes sure the week never gets missed.
- Do clients need to download anything?
- No. It is a link — from your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp auto-reply, your Google listing or a QR at the counter. Regulars can add it to their home screen in one tap if they want to. That is why it ships in 30 days rather than waiting on store review.
