Can I use my brother's or my company's second licence to start again?
Not to continue the activity that was banned. A different name on the paperwork does not make it a different business when the people, the products, the domain and the customers are the same — Meta links all of those, and the second account usually dies faster than the first. A genuinely separate business with its own activity is a different question, and we will work through it with you honestly.
How long does it take to get back to where we were?
The structure takes days. The data takes about a quarter, and it takes that long whoever does it — conversion history is earned, not installed. What shortens it is the customer data you already own: order history, a phone list, offline sales. Most Kuwait businesses are sitting on months of it and have never uploaded any.
