Meta took your advertising away
Six different things get called “banned” — the ad account, the business portfolio, the Page, Instagram, your personal profile, or the payment method. Each one is diagnosed differently, appealed at a different screen, and has different odds. Send us the exact message you're looking at and we'll tell you which one you have, free.

Six different things get called “banned”
Most people appeal the wrong asset and burn their one clean attempt on it. Start by matching the message on your screen.
on screen
“Your ad account has been disabled” / “restricted from advertising”
The ad account itself. Commonest and most expensive — campaigns stop, everything else keeps working, which is why people miss it for hours.
First move: Open Account Quality, find the rejected ads behind it, and do not touch the budget or the payment method today.
on screen
“Your business portfolio is restricted” / “has been disabled”
The whole portfolio. Pages, pixels, catalogues and every ad account lock at once. Higher stakes, and it is document work rather than marketing work.
First move: Appeal at the portfolio level, and align your licence, website, Page and portfolio names before you submit anything.
on screen
“You can't advertise”
Your personal Facebook profile, not the business. The business looks completely clean and nothing runs, and almost nobody thinks to look here.
First move: Check Account Quality while logged in as the person, not the business — and check every admin, not just yourself.
on screen
“Your Page is restricted from advertising” / “has been unpublished”
The Page or the Instagram account behind the ads. Invisible from the ads manager, which is why people appeal the ad account for weeks and get nowhere.
First move: Open Page quality from the Page itself. Every asset has its own quality screen and its own appeal.
on screen
“We couldn't process your payment” / “You have an outstanding balance”
Not a ban at all. A large share of Kuwait cases are a declined local card plus an unpaid balance — and it is the fastest category to fix.
First move: Settle the balance with a working card. The debt follows the payment identity, so pay it even if you never advertise there again.

Ads you didn't create, spend you didn't authorise
A compromised admin. Two clocks run at once — the money and the policy ban that usually follows the hacker's ads — and the order you act in decides both.
First move: Kill active sessions, remove unknown users, pause everything, then report — in that order, before you contact the bank.

Send it on WhatsAppWhat we will not promise you
This category is full of people who guarantee your account back for a fixed fee. Here is our position, in public, before you pay us anything.
We can't guarantee reinstatement
Nobody can. The decision sits with Meta's review systems and no agency, partner or reseller has a button that reverses it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you the wait you were already going to do.
We never ask for your password
We work inside your own business portfolio with access you grant and can revoke in one click. If anyone asks for your login to “fix” an account, that is the moment to walk away.
We don't sell workarounds
No rented accounts, no advertising through someone else's asset to get around a decision, no fresh profiles to dodge one. That is circumvention, it gets detected, and it turns a recoverable restriction into a permanent loss across everything you own.
What we actually do
- 01
Diagnose it, today
Which asset actually carries the flag, what triggered it, and whether it is a policy decision, a security signal or an unpaid balance wearing a ban's clothes. Most people appeal the wrong asset and spend their one clean attempt on it.
- 02
Fix the cause before appealing
An appeal on an unchanged account is a request to review the same evidence and reach the same conclusion. We remove the violation first — the creative, the landing page, the access, the mismatch — then submit.
- 03
Write the appeal properly, once
Short, factual, addressed to the policy that was cited, with the specific correction named. No spending history, no frustration, no legal threats — the three registers that reliably get an appeal closed.
- 04
Keep your sales alive meanwhile
This is the part almost nobody plans for and the part that decides your month. Budget moved to another platform, your own customer list activated on WhatsApp, the offer running organically — inside 48 hours, while the queue does whatever it does.
Where to go from here
- The appeal kitYou know which asset is flagged and you are about to write to Meta yourself.→
- Keep sellingYour ads have stopped and the appeal is filed. The question now is this month's revenue, not the account.→
- Account health checkNothing is wrong yet. That is exactly when this is worth doing, and the only time some of it is still possible.→
- Rebuild it properlyYou have had a final decision, or two properly-written appeals have failed and you need to stop bleeding the season.→
Frequently asked questions
- How long does a Meta restriction take to resolve?
- Plan for weeks, not hours. Some billing blocks clear the same day once the balance is settled; policy appeals on an ad account or a business portfolio commonly run far longer, and some are never reversed. Anyone quoting you a fixed number of hours is quoting you a sales line. What is genuinely fast is the diagnosis and the continuity plan — both happen on day one.
- Should I open a new ad account while this one is restricted?
- No, and this is the single most damaging thing you can do. Meta links accounts through people, payment methods, pixels, domains and devices, so a replacement account created to continue a restricted activity is circumvention. It is routinely detected, and it escalates a recoverable restriction into a permanent decision across every asset connected to you. The same applies to running your ads from a friend's account or an agency's own portfolio.
- Can you get an account back that says the decision can't be reviewed?
- Usually not for that asset, and we will tell you so rather than sell you appeals against a wall. What we can do at that point is different work: confirm the decision really is final, settle any outstanding balance so it does not follow you, rescue the data and creative you still have access to, and build a compliant structure where a legitimate one exists — a genuinely separate entity and activity, with the original violation fixed. Where that test fails, the honest answer is that the budget belongs in another channel, and we will say that too.
- Do you charge if the account never comes back?
- You are paying for work we control — the diagnosis, the fix, the appeal, the escalation where it exists, and the continuity plan that keeps you selling — not for an outcome we do not control. We are clear about that before you engage us, and we will decline a case where we think the honest answer is that there is nothing worth doing. Pricing is on the recovery page rather than behind a call.
