Your coaches are the marketing asset
The content that sells gym memberships is a coach on camera — a movement explained, a form correction, a member's progress talked through. That has to be filmed inside the gym, by someone who is there, in the moment. No external partner can produce it on a schedule.
The workable model is a coach or manager filming a few short clips a week, with editing, captions and scheduling handled by someone else. That division of labour is cheaper and better than a full-service retainer, and it is where most gyms should start.
Buy the seasonal planning, not just the clicks
Gym marketing in Kuwait is a calendar problem more than a creative one. Knowing to start the January push in late December, to shift budget for the post-Ramadan window, and to hold back in the flat months is worth more than any single campaign optimisation.
That is the strongest argument for hiring someone experienced rather than cheap. Ask any candidate how they would plan a year for a Kuwait gym. If the answer does not mention seasonality, they will spend your budget evenly across twelve months and wonder why October underperformed.
Front desk response is not outsourceable
The largest leak in most gym funnels is enquiries arriving in the evening and being answered the next day. No agency can fix that — it is a staffing decision about who has the phone after 6pm and what they are allowed to offer.
Decide that before hiring anyone. A gym with a great campaign and a twelve-hour reply time is paying to generate leads for whichever competitor answers faster, and no amount of campaign optimisation closes that gap.
