Reviews and daily content belong to the restaurant
Two jobs cannot be outsourced well. The first is replying to reviews — the reply has to know what happened that night, and a generic apology written by someone who was not there reads exactly as generic. The second is daily content, because the good material is what is happening now: the dish coming out of the pass, the full room, the new special.
Assign both to a manager with fifteen minutes a day and a simple structure. This is cheaper than any retainer and produces better work, and it is the single most common thing restaurants get backwards when they hire help.
Buy the technical work
Campaign structure, day-parting, radius targeting, catalogue setup, conversion tracking and Maps optimisation are specialist disciplines. They do not improve with restaurant knowledge and they punish learning-on-the-job with wasted budget.
This is what a freelancer or agency is genuinely for. Judge them on one thing: can they tell you what a new customer costs. If the reporting is about reach, impressions and follower growth rather than cost per cover or cost per order, you are paying for activity rather than results.
Branch count is the real threshold
One location with one catchment and one offer is a job a competent freelancer can hold. Three locations in different governorates, each with its own radius, its own competitors and its own quiet shifts, plus a delivery operation and a catering line, is a coordination problem.
That is where an agency starts to pay for itself — not because the individual skills are better, but because someone is holding the whole picture and is still there during Ramadan when your freelancer is not. If you are comparing options, choosing a digital marketing agency in Kuwait covers the questions to ask.
