a Deira wholesaler and a DIFC law firm don't buy the same way

Marketing agency in Dubai, for brands that need to stand out, not just show up.

In Dubai every competitor is already advertising, so more reach rarely fixes anything. We work on what you say, how it looks and where it runs: positioning, creative, search and paid social, in English and Arabic, planned district by district. The team is in Kuwait; we sign and bill Dubai clients directly and report in AED.

What's different about Dubai

What marketing in Dubai actually involves

Dubai is one of the most competitive marketing markets in the region. Flagship retail and hospitality around Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall set the visual bar, and a new restaurant in Dubai Marina competes for attention with every hotel on the same stretch of water. Here, a sharper position and better creative usually do more than a bigger budget.

The business map matters. Business Bay, DIFC and Jumeirah Lakes Towers hold most of the companies; DIFC and the DMCC cluster in JLT are free zones, as are Dubai Internet City and Dubai Silicon Oasis. On the two banks of Dubai Creek, Deira and Bur Dubai hold the old trading houses: souqs, wholesalers and textile traders who sell on relationships and WhatsApp. Al Quoz mixes warehouses with Alserkal Avenue's galleries and creative studios. A DIFC firm buys on LinkedIn and search; a Deira wholesaler buys on referrals and a phone call. One plan can't treat them the same.

Most of Dubai's residents are expatriates, so English is the default, but Emirati and Arab buyers expect Arabic and many campaigns run both side by side. Consumer spend sits on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Google; B2B leans on LinkedIn and search. Checkouts run on cards and Apple Pay, buy-now-pay-later is common in fashion and electronics, and cash on delivery still shows up in mid-market areas like Al Karama and JVC.

The year has its own rhythm: Ramadan and Eid, the Dubai Shopping Festival over December and January, the autumn events season at Dubai World Trade Centre, and a summer slowdown when many residents travel. Budgets that ignore that calendar burn money in July and run out in December.

How we work with Dubai clients

Our team is in Kuwait, not in Dubai, and we say that before anything else. We sign and bill Dubai clients directly and run the work remotely: briefs, creative reviews and monthly reports happen on calls and in shared documents, and WhatsApp handles the day-to-day. Approvals land Monday to Thursday, the days our working weeks share, with Dubai an hour ahead of us. Copy is written for Dubai in English and Arabic, not lifted from a Kuwaiti campaign, and reports come in AED with results split by the districts and audiences you sell to. Shoots use material you supply or that we plan with you; if a project needs filming in Dubai itself, we scope it separately and tell you before signing. Fees are quoted per scope of work.

Questions people ask

How much does digital marketing cost in Dubai?

It depends on the scope, so we don't publish a fee. There are two parts: our management fee, quoted per scope after a short brief, and the ad budget you pay the platforms. In Dubai's crowded auctions we would rather run a tight budget on a few strong campaigns than spread it thin.

Do you work with businesses in Deira and Bur Dubai?

Yes, and the work looks different from a Business Bay brief. Traders around the Creek sell on relationships, so we start with Arabic, a Google Maps listing that names the souq or the street, and a WhatsApp line someone actually answers, before any brand campaign. Our team is in Kuwait; we sign and bill Dubai clients directly and run the work remotely.

Do you do marketing for real estate in Dubai?

Yes, for developers and brokerages: launch creative, lead campaigns on Meta and Google, landing pages in English and Arabic, and a WhatsApp follow-up so leads don't go cold. We work from the project details and approvals you give us.

Can you handle local SEO for a Dubai business?

Yes. We set up and maintain your Google Business Profile, build pages for the districts you serve, and cover the ways people spell them, from Al Barsha to Barsha and JLT to Jumeirah Lakes Towers, in English and Arabic.

Do you manage social media accounts for Dubai brands in Arabic?

Yes, in Arabic, English or both. For most Dubai brands we'd post in both languages, with Arabic written for Emirati and Arab followers rather than translated from the English caption.

Is social media banned in Dubai?

No. Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google all work in Dubai and carry most of the city's ad spend, and WhatsApp messaging is how many customers reach a business.
