Plenty of leads, no way to manage them
Shuraa Business Setup is a UAE consultancy that helps entrepreneurs set up companies on the mainland, in free zones and offshore. It handles licensing, visas, corporate structuring and paperwork, so a prospective client usually arrives with a list of questions: what it costs, which licence fits, how the visa process works, which documents are needed.
Most of those prospects preferred to ask on WhatsApp. As the firm's profile grew, so did the volume, and conversations spread across several agents with no central system. Working out what each prospect needed, and which consultant or department should take it, was done by hand, and replies slowed while the team coordinated.
Gallabox's page is clear that the problem was never a shortage of leads. It was handling them at scale. With no shared inbox, no automatic qualification, ad-hoc assignment and no practical way to send updates to prospects in bulk, serious enquiries could slip through.
