A busy school with no follow-up
ICCA Dubai is a culinary school that has trained chefs in Dubai since 2005, through professional diploma, amateur and artisanal programmes. A school like this is always promoting something — a new intake, an upcoming course, a scholarship deadline — and each needs its own message to the right people at the right time.
ICCA was doing all of it by hand, sending marketing messages one at a time with no structured sequence to carry a prospective student from first interest to enrolment. That left two gaps. Nothing kept a lead warm once the first message had gone out, and there was no chatbot to deal with the routine questions that pile up at a school of this size.
The school had used another messaging provider before, but it hadn't solved either problem in the way the team needed, which is what sent ICCA looking again.
