No. The plan is Gallabox's published price and setup is free. If you later want us to run your ads or build custom flows beyond the first ones, we quote that separately and in writing.

Yearly works out about 25% cheaper per month (Basic is $112 a month yearly against $150 quarterly). Quarterly plans cancel at the end of the cycle, so start quarterly if you're unsure.

Is there a free trial?

Gallabox offers a 7-day trial with 500 AI credits and no card required. There's no free-forever plan.

Which plan does a small Kuwait business need?

Why do the rates change by country?

The WhatsApp Business API costs two things: a Gallabox plan, from $112 a month billed yearly, and a charge for each template message delivered, which depends on your customer's country. Setup through Aahfil is free. We sell Gallabox at its published prices.

What setup costs (with us: nothing)

Setup is Meta business verification, connecting your number, writing and submitting the first templates, building the first flows and showing your team the inbox. Many agencies charge for it. We don't: you pay the Gallabox plan and the message charges, and that is the whole bill.

Is the WhatsApp Business API free?

No. The WhatsApp Business app is free; the API always has a platform fee and message charges. Some messages cost nothing: replies inside the 72-hour window that opens when a customer messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free. Until 30 September 2026, service replies and utility templates inside the 24-hour customer service window are free too. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for both, except that each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month. What is free with us is the setup.

Message rates across the GCC

The rate depends on your customer's phone number, not on where your business is. A Kuwaiti business messaging a Saudi number pays the Saudi rate. Rates are in USD per delivered message, as Gallabox bills them, from 1 October 2026.

What changes on 1 October 2026

✦Kuwait and Oman get their own rate cards. Kuwait's utility rate rises from $0.0105 to $0.0506, and marketing from $0.0392 to $0.0911.
✦Service messages — your replies after a customer writes to you — are charged at the utility rate once a number has used its 1,000 free service messages for the month.
✦Utility templates sent inside the 24-hour customer service window stop being free.
✦Saudi Arabia's and the UAE's marketing rate rises to $0.0662.
✦The 72-hour free window from Click-to-WhatsApp ads doesn't change.
