Why speed decides sales chats in Kuwait
In Kuwait the first WhatsApp message from a buyer is often one word: price? Buyers ask several sellers at the same time, and the one who answers clearly first has the advantage. A team that replies an hour later is often replying to someone who has already moved on.
So the first reply should be instant and useful, not 'thank you for contacting us'. Give the price, or the price range, straight away where you can, then ask the one or two questions that decide what happens next. A flow can do that at midnight on a Friday and hand the lead to a person when the office opens.
Price-first buyers aren't time-wasters by default. Many just want to know whether a conversation is worth having. Answering the question they asked earns the next message; dodging it usually earns silence.
